Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred by an employee of the firm and after a few chats with a staff of the hiring team, i was found myself at the final round with 6 other candidates. The final round consisted of 5 interviews with various members/levels of the team. 3 were basic finance tests while the other 2 were fit interviews. The associates were very friendly but the higher ups were much less so.
