Started off by doing some networking and meeting with recruiters on campus. After applying through campus there was a networking social some were invited to. There was about 60 students and a dozen bankers of various positions. After the social was first round phone interview, completely behavioral. After that they follow up with you about a super day. I got invited back. The super day was at Piper's office, I had 8 back to back 30 minute interviews. Each interview had either 1 or 2 interviewers. I met with 2 associates, and the rest all senior bankers. 1 of the 8 interviews was technical, the rest were behavioral.
