Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Overall a very indirect process. Numerous back and forth with what appeared to be an Executive Assistant and then a junior analyst. Overall had a 45minute call with Managing Director, who made it clear before the call even started that the work was solely admin/grunt work and that he did not want to hire more interns than he already had. They mostly hire Binghamton and other SUNY grads as interns.
