Investment Banking Analyst

I interviewed with Simmons & Co for a full-time IB analyst position. The process took a total of about 3 weeks. I reached out to an associate via LinkedIn, scheduled a call, and he subsequently passed my resume to HR. I was then formally invited to a superday. The superday went really well; I was quizzed pretty heavily on technicals during one two portions of the interview process, one of which included a paper test in which I was made to fill in answers for some easy EV problems. During the other portion, they asked me the general DCF and valuation questions - nothing too hard. Unfortunately, I heard back about 4 days later and they told me I didn't get the offer.
