Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to one of the VP in the summer and got into the process through an unexpected cold email. Seemed to focus a lot on both fit and interest in living in Houston. In the end, received the phone interview and thought it went well, but couldn't make it to the second round. Not sure what went wrong, but very much focused interning in Houston and the oil & gas industry.
