After applying for an internship at Simon-Kucher, I received an interview invitation approximately two months later. The initial step was a 15-minute phone interview with an HR representative. During this call, I was asked fundamental questions like "Why consulting?" and "Tell me more about yourself." The HR also took the time to introduce the specifics of the internship projects, helping me gain a clearer understanding of the role and confirming my interest in pursuing the opportunity.
Following the successful HR screening, I advanced to the first-round one-on-one interview. This session lasted around 20 minutes and comprised both behavioral questions and a case study.
