Firm stopped OCR at my top 10 undergrad school but had a friend who started there 1.5 years ago. He passed along my resume and cover letter to recruiting team. I got a phone interview which was a couple basic behaviorals (tell me about yourself, why consulting, why this firm, etc.) and then a 20-25 minute case. After passing, had a second phone interview that was similar structured. Then got called in for the super day, which was a 30 min or so math test (was reasonably basic) and 3 1-on-1 interviews that were 10 minutes of behaviorals and 20-30 minute cases (with senior consultant, project lead, and a partner).

Didn't get the offer. After seeking feedback was told I excelled at the behaviorals but case skills weren't sharp enough (the final round cases were quite confusing though and not presented as clearly as they could have been). All around good learning experience
