Got contacted from HR to arrange first round interview. First round was with two VPs, which were really nice like what I heard. Second round was with two VPs and two MDs. First session went well and asked a lot of behavioral questions. During second session, the Japanese MD did not say anything during entire 30 minutes; while the other Italian MD was super impolite and rude. In the end, he said that he has interviewed with three people before me and they have way more experience than you. It was frustrating as the position was entry level position and they ended up hiring people have 5+ financial institution experiences.
