Round 1 zoom interview with middle office associate, then super day with 2 banking MDs, 1 S&T MD, 1 S&T VP. Two behavioral rounds, 1 technical round, 1 hybrid.
Interview Questions
Technicals very easy, 400 guide stuff (I.e. walk me through a debt raise) and some market sizing/fermi estimation (I.e. how many ping pong balls fit in a plane). Behaviorals were super simple, just some light resume questions and conversational from there (brought up interest in X field, MD asked about trends in the field and I gave common sense answer and they loved it).
