Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process consisted of two rounds. First, I had a 15-minute phone interview with an apprentice from the team. It was almost entirely technical, with questions on options, forward-start options and structured products.
A few days later, I had a one-hour interview with the sales team. This round combined fit and technical questions. The fit part focused on why I wanted to join Société Générale, my motivation for the role and how I react under pressure. The technical part covered structured products across Equity, FICC and Credit.
