The hiring process took place in three stages:

First - a phone interview with internal recruiter, verifying my work experience / interest in the role

Second - three 30 minute zoom calls with two MDs and a director. each asked about my experiences, hypothetical scenarios, and explained the role / function within the department

Third - 3 in person interviews with the same MDs and director, explaining in more detail the platform as a whole and what the job requirements will be, expected hours/days in office, and further questions related to my market knowledge
