Presentation
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, you have an assessment center at the headquarter. It was a basic finance test. The test lasted about 45 minutes. Then there is a presentation of the group and the various departments of Société Générale. After this presentation, the Societe Generale team called the people who did not pass the test. There were 15 candidates for 2 positions in ECM. The next step was two 1 hour interviews with analysts, associates and VPs.
