I applied in July and heard back about a phone interview in early October. The questions over the phone were fairly basic (what do you know about SG, what do you know about S&T, etc), and then 2 days later I heard back letting me know I had been invited to superday. Superday was sort of like speed dating. I spoke to 3 people for about 20 minutes each. Did a resume run down with each of them. One asked me a stats type brain teaser, and another gave me a portfolio allocation question. About 2 days later I got a phone call letting me know I had the offer!
