Phone Interview

Campus recruiter. One of the current Asso was from the same university.
PUI off-cycle intern position. 2 rounds both phone interviews.

1st round: 2x 30min interviews with Anas
* CV/Motivation: walk me through your CV, why SocGen, why PUI, why M&A, what previous relevant experience do you have, etc.
* Technical (basic): how to value a company (3 methods), relationship of 3 statements
* Recent deal?

2nd round: 2x 30 min interviews with Asso and VP (staffer)
* Same CV questions. Same technical questions + a few more related to PUI
* How EV formula changes with nuclear assets (incl. decommissioning liabilities), how to calculate WACC, what is beta, mid-year convention
