Intern M&A Execution

Three hour phone interview with two analysts and two associates on resume and technical questions. Resume questions are quite typical, especially focused on previous project experiences and skills developed through the projects. Technical questions consist of accounting, finance, valuation parts. Especially very detailed questions in valuation part: explain why you made these assumptions in your last valuation projects. Why you choose eight years as the valuation period etc.
