Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred to the group from a then current employee. My first interview was mostly fit as it was held by the HR team within the firm.
Upon completing the fit test, i was brought in for a first round of interviews with VPs and Directors.
Upon completing the first round, I was brought in for a second round to perform a financial model test and also meet other peers (associates and analysts).
Upon passing the financial model test, I was brought in to meet the head of the group.
Each interview varied, more junior interviewees focused more on fit/personality type questions.
More senior members asked very detailed questions about items listed on my resume and deal specific experience.
