Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First-round was a phone interview with an analyst. Mostly behavioral and about previous internship experience and technical questions (basic accounting/valuation). Superday consisted of four interviews (one Analyst, one VP and two MDs). Interview with analyst was relatively technical (asking basic technicals from guide) while the MDs focused on behavioral and asked about market and previous deals I followed. Not a bad process overall.
