Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was interviewed by 4 people - 2 analysts, 2 associates. The questions were much more technical than I expected - be aware of valuation techniques like DDM, sum of parts and NAV as well as a broad overview of the oil and gas (upstream and downstream) market.
