Sales & Trading Summer Analyst

Spoke to people at the firm throughout January and February. Got invited for a first round interview mid March. The first round was all behavioral and done online with 1 senior member. Mainly consisted of fit questions. From there I was invited to a superday first week of April in the NYC office. The superday was three rounds, 30 minutes each, and each being with 1 senior member. Mainly behavioral questions with minimal technicals. Mainly wanted to test your understanding of the markets. I would recommend having a great “Why SocGen?” answer and also understanding a few things about European markets as well. The people were super supportive throughout the entire interview process and easy to speak to. Seems like the culture is excellent.
