There really is not a ton about Societe Generale's process that one wouldn't expect in an interview of this sort. It consisted of an initial resume drop, interview, a super day, and an offer (or no offer).
The work culture at Societe Generale is more laid back than many other investment banks, which was something I appreciated. But it's abundantly clear that employees feel bonuses could be better.
