Summer Analyst

The interview process was fairly simple. I applied through my university’s handshake page. Following this I was asked for a phone interview. The phone interview was entirely technical and lasted 30 minutes. A week later I was asked to come in for a second round interview. The second round was with an analyst and an associate. It was all technical as well. There was an emphasis on the treasury stock method and how to calculate diluted shares. The most interested question was what is your beta as a candidate. After this interview I had a week waiting period and then was asked to come in fir a final round interview. The final round was with an associate and a VP. It was almost all behavoral and fit.
