Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Selected for both IBD and S&T interviews for OCR. Had both interviews and was invited to IBD superday in NYC. I couldn't fly to NYC due to snowstorm and was arranged phone interview Superday instead. That turned out horribly because 1. The HR did not pay enough attention to me at all and was horrible in arranging the phone calls. I had my first interview with an S&T guy even though I was selected for "IBD Superday". 2. They did not even intend to give me an offer regardless of my performance because I wasn't physically there. Overall, terrible experience with SocGen
