Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went through 3 steps:
3 phones interviews with Front-Office staff: I have got questions about my motivations, my ability to live abroad, and some technical questions about VBA (sub, function, loop, etc), very basic financial knowledge (Bonds vs Equities, DPS/ELS, etc.), market knowledge (what is the biggest "market" in Asia and why ?). 50, 30 and 15 minutes. VP (1st interview) asked me explicitly "to not bullshit" before the interview.
Then I did some IQ + Personality test on the web. Super-easy.
Then I have got a HR interview. I haven't got any questions related to Finance. It was a pure "try to guess my profile" interview. Around 1 hour. I answered honestly and even if the interviewer pointed some real faults, I didn't try to hide them.
