The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
Interview was not difficult at all . Super easy. Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your background. Why investment banking. Walk me through your resume. Why did you decide to interview with us. What other companies are you looking at. What do you know about us. What do you know about what we do. Why should you work here. Walk me through a DCF.

Background Check
Interview
Several consecutive interviews with Partners and Managers individually. Overall the interviews were very informal and everyone was very polite. There were very few technical questions or brain teasers. It seemed as though they just wanted to get a sense of my work ethic and to see how well I could carry myself in front of strangers. This was important since I am introduced almost weekly to new clients. Also, I regularly interact with C-suite officers that require a significant amount of professionalism.
Interview Questions
What do you think would be the most challenging part of this job for you personally?
The travel commitment was the most difficult aspect of the job for me because I had not traveled very much previously. Also, I was starting a family at the time of the interview
What do you want to get out of this position?
I had a difficult time answering this question at the time because I was fresh out of college and was still torn about whether to go straight to graduate school or start my professional experience.
