Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Several consecutive interviews with Partners and Managers individually. Overall the interviews were very informal and everyone was very polite. There were very few technical questions or brain teasers. It seemed as though they just wanted to get a sense of my work ethic and to see how well I could carry myself in front of strangers. This was important since I am introduced almost weekly to new clients. Also, I regularly interact with C-suite officers that require a significant amount of professionalism.
