Interview
Phone / Zoom interview with a recruiter, talking about why I wanted to work here, and why I wanted to work for the specific divisons that I marked before.

They were really nice. The final round was 5 interviews, 30-45 minutes with each division, talking about past experience, what you would do here in this role, why you wanted to join this specific part. They want a really good match between the person and the division, so make something that will stick to them, not just saying that you're excited about it. You will get asked a few technical questions, like explaining a financial instrument, and will be talking to the chief financial officer at some point as well.
Interview Questions
The C suite executive will grill you very heavily, and wasn't the nicest person in the world. They sounded pretty bored. The most difficult question is how you would calculate the PnL of a given strategy.

Interview
General introduction to the firm, personal introduction, and then a few questions about my interest in working with them over the winter. No challenging math, finance, or other technical questions but will be expecting to hear your interest about anything related to what they do. They are very smart and get a lot of applications every year so starting early is important.
Interview Questions
No surprises in terms of questions. Only covered the basics of who I was and my interest in interning at the firm. Just need not to make an ass out of yourself

Interview
I applied through my school website, then received a phone interview. My interviewer is very friendly. Called me on time. Asked several general questions. Take my questions seriously. However, I didn't hear back from them until 3 weeks after my first round interview.
