The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Could find almost nothing about this company online. Their website only went up this past year. The first interview was 30 min long. Standard behavioral interview. Asked about my resume and strengths, etc.
Interview Questions
Describe a time when you persuaded someone. Told a story about one of my extracurriculars. Try to add color so it is more interesting and engaging.
Tell me about yourself. Sets the tone for the rest of the interview. Kept it short because the first interview was very short.

Interview
Applied for the position through on-campus recruiting. The posting strongly emphasized its high compensation ($200k+) for a first year position.

There is virtually no information about the company online except for forum postings asking about the company and one line in Alpha magazine stating that Peter Laventhol, the first employee of DE Shaw, founded Spark.

Interview was completely behavioral, with ~20 minutes of standard questions (tell me about yourself, explain a difficult decision you had to make as a leader, etc.) This followed with ~10 minutes of myself asking the recruiter questions about the company/interview process.

The company is small ~20-30 people, and interviews with every employee would be required before an offer was extended.

Unfortunately, the recruiter was not responsive to any queries before or after the interview, and only sent a stock rejection letter ~6 weeks after the interview (was told during the interview a response would given within 3 weeks).
Interview Questions
Tell me about yourself?

**As the interview is completely behavioral with standard questions, it's perhaps the most important to have a strong response to this initial basic question to set the tone for the rest of the interview**
What questions do you have about this company?

**There is no information about this company online besides speculative forum posts and the entry level compensation. Thus probing questions demonstrating interest in the company and passion for the position may be a requirement for continuing on to later round interviews**
