Applied for the position through on-campus recruiting. The posting strongly emphasized its high compensation ($200k+) for a first year position.

There is virtually no information about the company online except for forum postings asking about the company and one line in Alpha magazine stating that Peter Laventhol, the first employee of DE Shaw, founded Spark.

Interview was completely behavioral, with ~20 minutes of standard questions (tell me about yourself, explain a difficult decision you had to make as a leader, etc.) This followed with ~10 minutes of myself asking the recruiter questions about the company/interview process.

The company is small ~20-30 people, and interviews with every employee would be required before an offer was extended.

Unfortunately, the recruiter was not responsive to any queries before or after the interview, and only sent a stock rejection letter ~6 weeks after the interview (was told during the interview a response would given within 3 weeks).
