Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with an overview of the firm, and asked me to go over my resume and tell my "story." Asked why I was interested in switching from banking to investing, and why growth equity specifically. Spoke with 1 VP, which went well, and was then directed to interview with a second VP. Seemed that east and west coast groups are pretty separate. The people I interviewed with seemed very nice and personable.
