Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, there was a phone interview with HR asking for your preference and introducing the role. Then followed by two 1-hour Zoom technical interviews with their quant researchers. The final round was on-site, meeting with two members of the team and it was mostly technical and a little bit behavioral.
