Exclusively phone interviews, no on-site or online assessement.
Notable leetcode presence - 2/4 interviews were at least 50% leetcode.
Quite significant exploration of my CV, really spent a lot of time discussing projects and things I'd done at my current role.
Second interview was highly mathematical, only used the programming question as a springboard for a discussion of a stats problem.
Final interview was just a chat with a senior dev, no technical assessment / strictly culture fit.
