Financial Markets Summer Intern

There were a couple of online pymetrics prior to phone call (invitation for in person assessment centre). The AC was 3 hours long. 1st hour was a 1-to-1 interview that was mostly fit and a short discussion about the markets. There was 1 brain teaser question (to test math abilities). The next hour was a group interview where you worked to decide on which start up to give funding to (nothing sales and trading related). After the group segment there was a short 1 to 1 interview to reflect on the group interview. Overall the HR and interviewers were friendly and very kind. They feel quite transparent about the pay and the WLB.
