Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via the Graduate Recruitment portal. Completed the online tests (both situational/behavioural, logical and mathematical) and the online on-demand interview. After being informed that I passed the required benchmark, phone interview with a Commercial Banking Analyst focusing both on motivation to join & some very basic technical questions (what is a bond, how does amortization function, etc,). After a couple of days, I got the AC invitation which is made up of 1 group assignment (committee discussing loans) and 2 interviews with different biz reps.
