Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First an online application form, nothing special, followed by three tests:
numerical
logical
aptitude
if you pass the three tests, they send you a video interview.
Very standard competency questions, why this role?, why this bank? etc, with one trick question at the end that caught me a little off guard - something like, what is something in your day-to-day life that you would change if you had the chance?

take a very long time to reply though, still haven't heard back.
