Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After the initial screening test for emotional intelligence and situational judgment, you proceed to the logical test followed by the maths test (both from Talent Q, progress towards the maths test is dependent on your logical test score, the logical test is probably a little tougher than the maths one). Then comes the Hirevue interview, which can last anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes - you get 30 seconds to deliberate on a question, then 1.30 minutes to answer. After that is a 1:1 phone call with an HR personnel. If you pass that, there's an onsite with 1x HR head and 2x senior heads from the dept of your choice. The phone call's largely fit based, as well as the onsite, but the onsite might be a little technical depending on your background/ your interviewers/ a million other factors.
