Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The preparation process involves multiple components to ensure thorough readiness. First, it includes two detailed case studies, presented both in PowerPoint and Excel formats, to showcase analytical and presentation skills. Additionally, there are three structured interviews with Directors and Executive Directors to provide insights into leadership perspectives and strategic priorities. Lastly, a one-on-one interview with the Managing Director will be conducted, offering a high-level view of organizational goals, challenges, and opportunities.
