Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1) Pymetrics Games, 12 games in which your results are matched with employees at the firm.
2) Online Tests, verbal and mathematics tests
3) HireVue Interview, general questions about role and SC. Nothing technical
4) AC, 3 interviews in person at their London offices. One business interview, one 30-minute presentation, and one 'reasoning' interview after a short time reading an exert making you choose between two investment opportunities.
HR were very kind and nice, and gave tour of offices as part of the AC as well as offerring food and drinks throughout the process.
