Interview Details
HR interviewer made changes last minute and was even late. The process of allocation to teams aren't transparent and I interviewed with a different team's MD before landing a spot at the M&A team.
HR questions were standard questions on motivations and were primarily looking for the same qualities that you would have in order to pass the initial online personality test: Analytical, collaborative individuals, being able to build trust and advocate for others so on.
Interviews with the MDs vary. From what I've heard, on top of my own experience, generally it's not technical, and there's those HR-style fit questions thrown in now and then. Run through u=your resume and be able to answer questions on them.
