What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very long process: first was on campus and consisted of an atypical case question which you solved back and forth with the consultant administering the case. The second half consisted of HR.
Second step was 2 weeks later at their office - another very atypical case question (presentation style) and an excel test very poorly run. Third part was supposed to be a tough interview but he was in a rush. Company seemed like they didnt know what to expect from their own process and stuck me in with HR and a managing director (not on the schedule).
Third step was to be a phone/skype interview with partners and ceo
