Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. Got a phone call unexpectedly later that same day at around dinner time from an associate on a weekend asking if I had time to talk. Interview process was handled very unprofessionally. Have gone through the interview process at several different firms but never was it handled this poorly.
