Interview
Initially had a phone screen, then progressed to multiple visits to the office. First with an Assoc. and VP, next with the MD after surviving the penultimate culling (final 2-3 candidates).

Was told I would have a phone call with the MD out of Boston as a last step, but never materialized; I would guess my competition ended up successful.

Group Interview
Interview
I was first contacted by the CEO's wife, calling me to offer me an interview. The head recruiter called me a few days later to confirm a time to come to the corporate headquarters for an interview. The time from the first phone call to the interview was about 2 weeks. The interview itself lasted about 25 minutes. I was interviewed by 3 current employees, 2 senior and one younger one. Overall, the interview was very easy, with 95% of it consisting of resume questions and behavioral questions.
Interview Questions
Which division would you like to work in?

I responded by telling them either Investment Banking or Equity research, because of my background in accounting and passion for the markets.
