Interview
Interview Process was fairly light and straightforward for a diversity program. Submitted my application close to the deadline. Had a senior employee referral, which I believe helped me land a first round interview. (i'm a non-target) First round was a 20-min zoom call with a campus recruiter. (lasted 30-minutes, which is always a good sign) Interview was mostly behavioral with some techinals, which I wasn't really expecting for a diversity/sophomore insights program. Shortly after (roughly 1 week), I received an email saying I was invited to participate in the program.

Got an email for a virtual interview, said it would not be technical. They asked a lot of O&G specific questions: wanting me to name a company and describe all of its operations, how I would pick comps for it, details about its stock price movement and reasons why. They also asked general 3 statement and accretion dilution analysis questions.
