Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had 3 rounds of interviews, the first was with an MD who asked detailed questions about my resume and wanted to gauge my interest in the internship. The second round was with an associate and was more technical, including a stock pitch. Last round was with MD, who wanted to test fit and was purely conversational about financial topics
