Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Super lay back hiring process process, I emailed one of the MD's 2 weeks prior to getting my interview with them. The interview was mostly behavioral based questions such as: Walk me through your resume. Why Investment Banking? Why SPC? Three strengths and three weaknesses? What do you know about Investment Banking? How do you feel about working from home? Do you think working from home will have an effect on the quality of your work? Give me an example of a time where you were on a team and needed to work with people who might not have the same knowledge / skillset as you do? etc.
