Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred from a internal contact. Started with a 1:1 with HR and then subsequent rounds with the team. The first 1:1 after HR was with the MD - mostly questions about me and why I chose IB. The next 1:1 was with the SVP who focused more on technicals (walk me through a DCF, WACC formual, EV, Equity, etc.). My superday was a group interview with the Associate and Analyst - more conceptual technical questions (Does a 10MM decrease in revenue or 1% change in discount have a greater impact on terminal value, etc.)
