Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred by a current employee and first interview consisted of:
Lunch with two managers in the group. Didn't have much relevant coursework in undergrad so the interview was more "fit" focused and determining my interest level in valuation.
Second interview consisted of:
A - In office meeting with other analysts to discuss their experience, "day in the life", etc.
B - Technical interview
C - Meeting with Director of the group
Note: at some point in the process candidates must complete a personality assessment.
