Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview was by phone was consisted mostly of questions such as why are you interested in valuation, what do you know about valuation, explain a dcf etc.
Second interview consisted of an all day interview. Met with each MD, director , and manager. Half of interviews wre technical, the others were fit. Questions were fairly easy. Explain how you would create projects for a company in the X industry. How would you determine comps for a company in the Y industry. Ect.
Most managers are fairly laid back although there is one who is a total hardass who will try to make you feel like an idiot.
