Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a 2 on 1 in person interview. Mix of basic behavioral, technical, and a couple brainteasers. A college level of accounting and finance knowledge are more than enough to answer the questions. The final round is then an in office super day (about 6 interviews). I would recommend studying up on valuation methodologies, assumptions and inputs. There is also a technical exam and a writing exam, which are not too difficult. An offer was given the following day.
