Valuation Analyst Intern

Hiring process consisted of an initial phone screen followed by an invite to the office for a series of three 2 on 1 interviews. During the week leading up to the office visit, we were emailed both an IQ test and a Personality test to fill out. The 2 on 1 interviews consisted of two rounds of behavioral questions and one round of technical questions. In addition, there was a written evaluation of an imaginary company and we were asked to provide an argument as to how we would value the company. There was also a written technical exam of <20 questions covering basic finance and accounting questions. Following these written exams and interviews, we were invited out to lunch for an hour and a half at a restaurant nearby with the analysts we had just spent the day interviewing with.
