Fairly quick process. Applied online and had an employee refer me. Started with an initial phone screen with HR. General Growth Equity questions like where do you get your news, what sectors interest you, etc. Second round was more in depth with an analyst who asked more specific questions about the industry I pitched and asked for a company in it. Pitched the company and he asked me to go into how I evaluated a company and a company of that type. Seemed to go really well and the analyst said I would most likely get a super day. Reached out to follow up and was told to wait a week. Replied to that a week later to no reply...still haven't heard back yet, but assuming they have filled their class.
